New Employee Forms
If you are taking on a new member of staff it is important that we receive their details ASAP. Please use the Employee Information form to collect their details and email or post the completed form to us.
We will also require a current P45 (i.e. issued after 5th April this year) from the employee's previous job (if applicable), if they don't have this, please ask them to complete a Starter Checklist form and also return it to us.
These time sheets can be downloaded and used to record the hours worked by your employees. You may also now be able to submit hours worked to us online via the Submit Hours page.
Weekly and monthly timesheets are also available - please contact us and we will be happy to supply these.
