If you are a current Quill Accounts Ltd client and you have a vacancy you wish to advertise, please complete the form below and submit the information to us. Information supplied will be reviewed and we will contact you if we need to query or change anything.  We aim to have your advert placed on the Jobs Board page within 2-3 working days and we will also link to your advert on our Facebook page and Twitter account - we will contact you when your ad goes live.

    Jobs advertised on our Jobs Board page are in no way endorsed by Quill Accounts Ltd.  By agreeing to these terms you agree to accept full responsibility for the position you are advertising (including ensuring that all details supplied are complete and accurate).  Employment of staff is at your own discretion and we in no way endorse, recommend or accept any responsibility/liability for anyone you may decide to employ.  We encourage all of our clients to check references carefully and look at using PVG checks where appropriate.

    Once submitted, the details on this form will be sent electronically to our admin staff, the details will then be advertised on our Jobs Board page, usually within 2-3 working days.  A link to the advert will also be added to our Facebook page and Twitter account, so as to reach as many people as possible.  

    Applicants will be invited to complete an application form which will also be sent to us electronically and we will then forward that form to you (normally by email).  You can then approach applicants as you wish to take their application forward, move to interviews, etc.  You are not restricted to advertising here - you can also advertise in your local newspaper, Job Centre, etc. as you normally would.  

    Although the recruitment process is your own responsibility and applications should be taken forward at your own discretion, we are happy to assist with recruitment on a payroll level e.g. we can supply new employee forms and contracts, advise on pay rates (including minimum wage) and other related matters.
