We can also provide a payment service to care agencies. As above, funds would be paid to our Client Account and payments would be made to care agencies as required. Invoices can be sent direct to Quill, or via the client, and regular payments are made by BACS to the agency. This can be run in conjunction with the payroll service or as a standalone service for those who solely use agency care or individuals paying a variety of sources as part of a Self Directed Support package.

A main part of opting to use Direct Payments/Self Directed Support to choose your care is the requirement to supply financial monitoring information to the funding provider. Therefore, as part of our payment administration service, we also include a financial monitoring service. Information can be emailed/posted to the Local Authority as often as required e.g. each pay period, monthly, quarterly, or annually.

For payroll clients who manage their own funds, we can also provide payroll details for monitoring (P11's etc) to back-up their own financial records. Again, this information can be emailed or posted at the frequency preferred by the funding provider and will not normally incur an additional charge.

Automatic Enrolement to the new Workplace Pensions has been gradually rolled out to all employers and their employees over the last couple of years.
Many of our clients have already reached the AE Staging Date, with all others due to reach theirs by early 2018, and all newly registered employers will have to assess their staff immediately from Oct 2017.
As part of the payroll services we already provide, we now also offer a service to take care of pensions on our clients' behalf. Pensions are provided through NEST, which is the government backed scheme, and we've worked closely with an Independent Financial Adviser to make sure we offer our clients the best service to help them meet their pension obligations.
