This form can be used by our existing clients to submit hours for processing. This can only be used if you have previously asked for a verification code - if you have not already done so and would like to use this service, please phone our office to set this up: 01337 827017

Notes: The form is currently restricted to up to 4 employees only - if you are paying more than 4 members of staff please contact us by email or phone.

For employees paid 4 weekly, please list the number of hours worked each week and/or the total number of hours worked in the 4 weekly period. For employees working monthly, please state the total for the month.

Hours submitted are the responsibility of the client and we will accept these as accurate when sent to us. In addition, if your local authority or other funding provider requires you to keep written time sheets for your staff you should also continue to keep these records while you use the online submission service.
