Quill Accounts has always been a family run business and is currently headed by husband and wife Directors, Andrew and Katie Forrest. Our small team means that we are a friendly and approachable company, dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients - we are always happy to have an informal chat and help in any way we can.

Andrew comes from a background within the larger field of accountancy and therefore has a much broader knowledge than payroll alone. Andrew became a partner of the original Quill Accounts accountancy practice back in 2006 and from there he continued to work towards developing the payroll services provided. He oversaw the transition to the new 'not for profit' Quill Accounts Ltd in 2011 and continues to look at how we can best provide services to our clients. Andrew is often the first point of contact for new clients and support staff and he's always happy to have chat to discuss the services we provide.

Katie Forrest (Director)

Katie has worked in payroll since 2006 and is mostly involved in the day to day processing of payroll for clients as well as providing monitoring information to Local Authorities, processing care agency payments and managing the office. Having previously come from a customer service background, Katie is continually looking at the best ways Quill can provide services to our clients including recently introducing newly formatted welcome packs for new clients and looking at the best ways to stay in touch with our client base, local authorities, support staff, etc.
