Pay Dates
For most of our clients, payroll is run on a 4-weekly cycle to coincide with the frequency in which funding payments are made. Although this pay system works well in many ways, we understand that often our clients, and their employees, find it difficult to keep track of when the next pay is due. We have therefore now developed this quick interactive table which can be used to check when pay dates will fall over the next 12 months.
Instructions
To use the table, please check the date on your last pay slip (this can be found at the top of your payslip, to the right of your name) - this date should be inputted to the blue "Last Pay Date" box. NB Please use the following date format e.g. 5 June 2015. You should then press "Enter" and the dates in the two main columns will then automatically change to show you the next 13 calculation and payment dates.

Pay Calculation Date
This is the date when we need to know about any changes to hours (e.g. extra hours, holidays, sick leave, etc.) and/or we need to receive time sheets/hours by this date (if applicable). Pay Date This is the date when payment is due to the employee and the date as shown on the payslips. PLEASE NOTE: These dates may be subject to change due to bank holidays or any office closures (e.g. over the Christmas period) - we will always notify our clients of any changes to processing and/or payment dates well in advance. This table currently only shows dates for employees on a 4 weekly pay frequency as this is the case for the majority of our clients. We are happy to send out dates for other pay frequencies if required - please contact us. |
